This piece is successfully ironed to the stabilizer, and awaiting final orders. Overall this project contains five fat quarters and a half yard of fabric.
The video I used for instruction was T Jayes’. I paused it after direction until I understood the weave. It’s simple, a lot of fun, and the results are stunning.
I haven’t decided what to do with the piece yet, but it seems like it would make a great mat for a baby bag…and I have a design sketched to try it out on!
